At Zarika Loom, we strive to offer you a seamless shopping experience and premium-quality sarees curated with love and tradition. We understand that plans may change, and so we offer a flexible cancellation policy under the following terms:
🛍️ Before Shipping
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it — no questions asked.
- To initiate a cancellation, please email us at support@zarikaloom.in or message us via our Contact Us page with your order number.
- If your order hasn’t been processed or packed yet, we’ll cancel it and process a full refund to your original payment method.
⏰ Please note: After 12 hours, cancellations are no longer guaranteed as your saree may already be under processing or ready for dispatch.
📦 After Shipping / Dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation is not possible.
However, you can still proceed with a return or exchange after your saree has been delivered. Kindly refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for detailed instructions.
⚠️ Special Cases
- Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders not accepted upon delivery may result in account suspension for future purchases.
- Repeated cancellations may lead to temporary restrictions on your account.
