At Zarika Loom, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure every saree you receive meets the highest standards of quality and style. However, if you're not completely happy with your purchase, here’s how we can help.
🛍️ Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- You received a wrong product.
- The product delivered is damaged or defective.
- There is a size or design mismatch due to our error.
❗ Sarees purchased under discounts or sale offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
🔁 Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange if:
- The saree doesn't fit as expected (only for stitched/customized blouses).
- You want a different design (subject to availability and at our discretion).
Exchanges are allowed once per order, and must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
📦 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email us at support@zarikaloom.in within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number, clear images of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will verify and approve the request within 2-3 working days.
- After approval, return the saree in unused, unwashed, and original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Return pickup is available in select pin codes. In other cases, customers may need to self-ship the item to our address.
🚚 Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we bear the full shipping cost.
- For exchanges or size issues, customers bear the return shipping cost.
💸 Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed as store credit or to the original payment method (as per your preference).
- Refunds are initiated within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
📝 Important Notes
- Color variations due to lighting or screen resolution will not be considered for returns.
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria.
- Customized/stitched sarees are not eligible for returns unless damaged or defective.
