🚚 Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes through our trusted delivery partners.
🕒 Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details.
📦 Shipping Time
- Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (depending on location)
- Remote Areas: May take an additional 1–2 days
💸 Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999
- Shipping Charge on orders below ₹999 applied
- Cash on Delivery (COD) available at extra charge in few product
🚫 Delays or Issues
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Unexpected weather conditions
- Strikes or operational delays from courier partners
- High volume during festivals or sales
We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
🔍 Tracking Your Order
You can track your order using the tracking link sent via SMS/email once your order is dispatched. You can also track it under “My Orders” in your Zarika Loom account.
📦 Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or tampered, please:
- Refuse to accept the delivery and mention the issue to the courier.
- Contact our support team at 📧 support@zarikaloom.in within 24 hours with photos or video proof.
If your parcel is lost in transit (very rare!), we will assist with either a replacement or full refund.
