2. Return Window
Raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the order via email or phone. Returns are accepted only for damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items.

Share photos/videos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds or replacements will be processed after pickup and quality check. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund. Cancellations after shipping will not include shipping refunds.

2. If you want to wash the saree at home, use cold water and shampoo, as detergents and brushes harm the beautiful saree.
3. Wash the sari, the pallu, and the border of your sari separately to avoid damage to your gorgeous saree.
